Shine On Crazy Diamond nail glitter, 0.6 fl oz Top 2 Bottom to and basecoat,
plus a complimentary Cuticle Therapy Crème. Directions: First, fix a toasty glass of Orly Cheer to enjoy while you manicure. Slather
on Cuticle Therapy Crème to prevent dryness and chapping brought on by outside
elements and indoor heat. Apply a basecoat of Top 2 Bottom to ensure polish
adhesion. Working from the center of the nail out to the sides, apply two thin
coats of Moonlit Madness nail lacquer in smooth, even strokes. Let dry. Add a
splash of holiday sparkle with Shine On Crazy Diamond nail glitter. Finally,
apply a topcoat to Top 2 Bottom to seal the manicure. Now sparkle and shine, girl! Go paint the town red - to match your nails of
